Communicate With Clients Through Conversations
The Conversations feature allows you to communicate with contacts directly through their PhotoBiz contact record.
This can be especially helpful when a client leaves a comment about a specific image in a Client Gallery.
For example, a client may ask whether an image can be brighter or have a warmer color treatment. Their comment appears in the Conversations area, where you can respond directly.
The client receives an email notification and can follow the link to reply.
The full conversation remains connected to the contact and, when applicable, the specific gallery image. Conversations can also be closed when the issue is resolved and reopened later when needed.
This helps prevent important client feedback from getting lost in unrelated email threads or direct messages.
Protect Client Gallery Images
PhotoBiz Client Galleries include multiple levels of image protection.
The available settings demonstrated during the live session included standard, medium, and high protection.
Standard Protection
Standard protection includes built-in safeguards against direct image access and drag-and-drop saving. You can also use watermarks to identify and protect preview images.
Medium Protection
Medium protection adds stronger measures to discourage:
- Screenshots
- Right-click saving
- Downloads
- Printing
- Copying
Clients can still view images normally, but the system responds when certain capture actions are attempted.
High Protection
High protection provides the strongest screenshot deterrence. Portions of gallery images may appear blurred during the viewing experience, making captured previews less useful.
The right option will depend on how you want clients to experience the gallery and how much protection the project requires.
For additional protection, you can combine these settings with:
- Password-protected galleries
- Watermarks
- Private gallery access
- Download controls
- Expiration dates
To update image protection, open Client Galleries, select Settings, and adjust the image protection level.
