Even though Shelley branched out just this year with Ballantyne Staging and Design, she’s been a certified staging professional since 2007. Shelley has a full portfolio of beautifully staged homes, and her work has moved millions of dollars worth of real estate.
Shelley’s business demanded a high quality web presence that would showcase her work in the right light, letting clients know how unique and valuable her staging service are.
Shelley came to PhotoBiz, booked our web design service, and got started right away. One of our in-house designers, Kristi C. took on her project.
Before offering any design ideas, Kristi dived in to Shelley’s business to understand her unique situation. “I had her go in and explain specifically what a staging company is”, Kristi said. “What do they do? Why is this different from interior design? And how does it benefit clients?”
“Kristi listened intently to what we were trying to accomplish at Ballantyne Staging and Design,” Shelly wrote to us. Shelley gave Kristi specific requirements about her site’s colors, font, and feel. She knew exactly what her audience of real estate agents and homeowners wanted to see.
Kristi went beyond the initial design request by suggesting the light use of a script font. This added a touch of elegance to the website. Kristi also pulled together the logo elements Shelley provided and was able to bring it all to life.
