Wow, what a year! 2022 has been a productive year for the PhotoBiz team. We’ve made large strides to enhance the platform. This includes adding new features and updating current tools. 

Curious about what was new this year? Here are some of the highlights from our releases in 2022. 

• PhotoBiz 9: Our most advanced website builder launched making it faster ⚡ and easier than ever to design your website, prepare blog posts, create emails, and more. The new slide-out controls make it simple to see what you’re working on.
  
  
• New website templates: Give your business a unique look 🎨 online with one of our 9 new website templates. You can switch 🔄 templates at any time with just a few clicks.
  
  
• New Quotes tool: Create and send custom quotes or proposals to your customers. Once a quote is approved ✅, an invoice is generated for you to review 🔍 and send. 
   
• Invoicing enhancements: In addition to sending custom invoices, you can now add products, packages, and services 📦 (set up in the ecommerce control panel) directly to invoices. Plus, you can set up automated email series ✉️ to remind people to pay their invoices.
  
  
• Original Files doubled in size: Sell, share, and store digital files up to 50MB each with our Original Files premium upgrade. The maximum file size capacity increased from 25MB to 50MB 💕
  
  
• 40+ new fonts, plus new preview tool: Our font library got some wonderful new additions 🔤 for you to choose from, as well as a new preview tool, and increased speed. 
  
  
• Added emoji support: Sometimes you need more than words 😊✨🤣 to tell a story and engage customers. Use emojis to express emotion on your website, in marketing emails, and more.
  
  
• Accept cryptocurrency payments: By using PayPal as your merchant provider, you can now provide your clients the option to pay with crypto, and you’ll still get paid in USD 💰.
  
  
• Square payment processing update: When a transaction is processed, a contact 🧑is now created in your Square dashboard. Plus, support was added for strong customer authentication for European transactions.
  
  
• Generate and export Proofing favorites list: To speed up your editing process, you can now export a list of the file names for your customers' favorites ❤️ in Proofing galleries. 
  
  
• Open Graph and Twitter tag updates: Enhanced the way social media sites including Facebook and Twitter pull a preview image 🖼️ associated with links to your website, proofing events, forms, and more.
  
  
• Files section supports new file types: Added support for uploading ⬆️ JS, CSS, and SVG files.
  
  
• New Ambassador program: Launched a new program for influencers to become Ambassadors and partner 🤝 with PhotoBiz.

Even more updates are coming to the PhotoBiz platform in 2023! Stay tuned for updates to the website builder that will allow for advanced design options, as well as aesthetic and UX improvements. Plus, updates and enhancements are in the works for account accessibility and there will be new options for automated email reminders. We look forward to sharing more in 2023!
