Hands-on design help

Some people get stuck when it comes to building a website, due to time or resources. Our design experts were able to work with her to rearrange elements and select a template that better reinforced her style and brand. After two Coaching sessions, she is loving her spruced-up website.

When do I need a coach?

Sometimes you have a great idea, but you get stuck making it happen. Coaching sessions are a great way to help you find a solution! We can help you learn more about how to utilize the PhotoBiz platform, bring creative ideas to life, and much more. Our in-house experts are masters of not just the PhotoBiz platform, but also SEO, marketing, and design.

Coaching goes above and beyond support. Here’s an analogy for you: if you are asking “how do I change this in my account?” you want to connect with support, but if you are considering “how can I encourage more customers to come to my website” then a Coaching session is a great idea. Coaching adds an extra layer of assistance that goes beyond the how-to and includes strategy and some implementation.

You can sign up for a Coaching session from the Premium Upgrades section inside your account. Each PhotoBiz Coaching session is 1 hour and costs $100. Need more time? You can book multiple sessions! Start with one and see where to go from there.
