In-Person Consultations & Studio Management

Having your clients book you at your studio for a shoot or just a consultation is easy with the new scheduler! They can select your specific times based on your studio open hours, you can also have them book in advance, from 24 hours to weeks out from the selected date. You get to chose how clients can book with you so you can run your business smoothly.

Wedding & Engagement Sessions Booking

Clients looking to book with you can see your availability right from the start with the new PhotoBiz Scheduler. Let them book with you in advance, by setting up the days you're available. Maybe you only do weekend shoots for couples and weddings? You can now blackout the dates you aren't available so people can't book you.

Another awesome feature for wedding and engagement photographers is you can take prepayments. Clients can pay for your services in advance so you get paid before the big event.

Family or Individual Client Booking

You can schedule sessions with all types of clients, from family portraits to seniors. Customize each shoot with the scheduler, including add-ons such as multiple location shoots, hair and makeup, wardrobe changes and more.  You can schedule practically anything with the PhotoBiz Scheduler.

Is it free?

Yes, if you have the latest PhotoBiz (PhotoBiz8), the PhotoBiz Scheduler comes packaged in at no additional cost. It is our latest feature to our ever-growing platform. If you need to upgrade, our support team can help migrate you to our newest platform.

 

Can I set up payments for services?

Yes! you can set your price for the service they are looking to book and schedule right away.

 

What if I have an add-on like hair and makeup?

You can create add-ons for selected bookings with prices attached to it.

Will this replace my calendar?

No, this will not replace your Google and iCal type calendar. This will act as a separate tool. You’ll be able to see your appointments on your PhotoBiz dashboard. You and your client will get sent an email with a link to add to your calendar.

What About Mini Sessions?

Mini Session can be created with form builder but we are currently developing a mini sessions block that will enhance forms and make mini sessions even easier!

PhotoBiz Growth Hub - You could use a form for mini sessions which is what we recommend, but you can build it that way if you like, just have to set it up with a specific service and all the times you have available and then the duration.
