Sliding carousel image layouts have been some of the most hotly requested updates for the PhotoBiz 8 Builder, and we are happy to deliver! Now, you can showcase images with simple, beautiful movement.

These revolving image galleries come in two flavors: Carousel and Carousel Slideshow.

The traditional Carousel Layout displays your images in a continuous slideshow with thumbnails across the bottom. Images sit flush together and cycle through the gallery using arrows or by clicking on each thumbnail. Images slide to meet the left edge of the window, one by one.

The Carousel Slideshow layout is a larger, streamlined version with no thumbnails beneath the image gallery. Slideshow galleries can stretch from edge-to-edge of the browser window and cycle photos automatically without having to click. Using Carousel Slideshows as page banners makes for an impactful first impression.

You can even use Carousel Slideshows to recreate the look of older PhotoBiz Portfolio sites! So if you've been on the fence about switching to PhotoBiz 8, you really CAN have the best of both worlds now. Beautiful, full-screen slideshows AND the flexibility to build content-rich pages that perform well in search and function on phones. 

To use the new Carousel layouts, all you have to do is add an image block and choose the layout you want. Upload your photos and add captions as you like! Your carousel image galleries are mobile responsive, so they look just as great on a phone as they do on your desktop or tablet.
