Have your customers selected their favorites from their private gallery? Now with PhotoBiz’s Client Galleries, you can export their favorite file names as a .CSV list or copy them and send them directly to Adobe Lightroom.

This will help speed up your editing process. With the batch list process, you can organize the file name immediately with the files you have imported in Lightroom, versus searching for each file.

Go to the Client Galleries tool, then select “activity” in the top menu and select the customer profile you would like to interact with. You will see all the files they have favorited. 

Click the Export tab. You can choose  to export the .CSV file with or without the file extension (ie. JPG, or PNG), or copy the file name directly from the list section. For light room copying the list will be the best solution. 

With Lightroom, you can copy the content of the .CSV file or copy the file names directly from PhotoBiz’s file list section, then paste in the Lightroom search bar. This will give you all the images in a search result with commas and allow  you see all the files favorited in that client’s gallery.

 
How to find your files in Lightroom:

• Select where files are stored
• In the first drop down menu select filename
  
• In the second drop down menu select contains
  
• Then paste the filenames in the search bar
